Welcome to BloomBar Collection

By booking a BloomBar Collection experience, purchasing a package, submitting payment, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

  • 1. Definitions

"Company," "we," "our," "us," and "BloomBar Collection" refer to the business providing the BloomBar Collection experience.

"Customer," "you," and "your" refer to the individual purchasing or booking our services.

"BloomBar Collection Experience" refers to the floral experience, including flowers, containers, tools, supplies, décor, setup, and related services provided by BloomBar Collection.

"Event" refers to the celebration or occasion for which the BloomBar Collection Experience is booked.

  • 2. Booking & Payment

Your booking is confirmed only after full payment has been successfully processed and BloomBar Collection has issued a booking confirmation.

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes and any disclosed travel or additional service fees.

  • 3. Event Setup, Venue & Access

BloomBar Collection will set up the BloomBar Collection Experience at the agreed event location and, where applicable, provide the related floral experience during the scheduled event.

Setup times are determined based on our event schedule. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested setup times, specific setup times cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed in writing by BloomBar Collection.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the designated setup area is safe, clean, accessible, and ready for setup upon our arrival.

If the setup area is inaccessible, unavailable, unsafe, or not reasonably ready for setup, additional charges may apply, including charges for waiting time, additional labour, travel, or a return visit.

By booking BloomBar Collection, you authorize BloomBar Collection and its team to access the agreed event location for setup, servicing, and removal of BloomBar Collection equipment, materials, and décor where applicable.

The customer is responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions from the venue, landlord, condominium corporation, property manager, or other applicable party.

The customer must provide accurate information regarding the event location, parking, loading access, elevators, stairs, venue restrictions, access codes, and any other information reasonably required to complete the setup.

BloomBar Collection is not responsible for delays, additional costs, or inability to complete setup resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer. Any additional costs resulting from such circumstances may be charged to the customer.

  • 4. Flowers, Seasonal Availability & Natural Variations

BloomBar Collection carefully sources fresh seasonal flowers from trusted growers and floral suppliers.

Flowers are natural, seasonal products. Individual flowers may naturally vary in colour, size, shape, texture, freshness, and availability. Minor variations, natural markings, colour differences, open blooms, closed buds, and differences in lifespan are normal characteristics of natural flowers and are not considered defects.

Flower varieties and colours may vary depending on seasonal availability, weather, market conditions, and supplier availability.

If a requested flower, colour, or variety is unavailable, BloomBar Collection reserves the right to substitute a reasonably comparable flower, colour, or variety of similar quality and overall value.

BloomBar Collection cannot guarantee the exact lifespan of flowers after the event, as flower longevity depends on factors including temperature, sunlight, humidity, handling, water availability, and other environmental conditions.

  • 5. Custom Requests

BloomBar Collection welcomes requests for specific flowers, colour palettes, themes, or design styles.

While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate customer requests, specific flowers, colours, varieties, or designs cannot be guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing by BloomBar Collection.

Custom requests may be subject to additional charges, availability, minimum quantities, or additional preparation time.

  • 6. Guest Participation & Guest Counts

BloomBar Collection experiences are designed to be interactive and enjoyable for guests.

The customer is responsible for communicating any relevant venue rules or restrictions regarding guest participation.

BloomBar Collection is not responsible for damage, loss, injury, or misuse resulting from guests handling, moving, or using BloomBar Collection materials, flowers, tools, containers, or décor.

BloomBar Collection packages are designed for up to 21 or 36 guests, depending on the package selected. Up to 5 extra guests may be added to each package for an additional fee. For celebrations with more than 41 guests, please contact BloomBar Collection.

Additional charges may apply if the guest count increases after booking and additional flowers, supplies, labour, or setup are required. Any additional charges will depend on the updated guest count and requirements of the event.

  • 7. Customer Responsibilities & Booking Changes

    The customer is responsible for:

    • Providing accurate event details and contact information.
    • Providing the correct event date, time, and location.
    • Ensuring the setup area is safe, accessible, clean, and ready for setup.
    • Obtaining any required venue or property permissions.
    • Informing BloomBar Collection of venue restrictions or special requirements.
    • Providing reasonable access for setup and removal.
    • Informing BloomBar Collection of material changes to the event before the scheduled date.

Requests to change the event date, location, guest count, package, colour palette, flower selection, or any other booking details must be made as soon as possible and are subject to availability and approval by BloomBar Collection management.

For event date changes, customers must contact BloomBar Collection at least 30 days before the scheduled event date.

BloomBar Collection will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested changes; however, changes, including a new event date, are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and BloomBar Collection management approval.

Changes may not be possible once flowers, supplies, labour, or other materials have been ordered, reserved, prepared, or secured specifically for the event.

Additional charges may apply if a requested change results in additional flowers, materials, labour, travel, setup, or other services.

Any additional costs resulting from an approved event date change may be charged to the customer.

  • 8. Cancellations & Refunds

Because we reserve flowers, supplies, staffing, and your event date specifically for your celebration, all bookings are non-refundable. If you need to change your event date, please refer to Section 7 — Customer Responsibilities & Booking Changes.

  • 9. BloomBar Collection Cancellation, Safety & Unforeseen Circumstances

BloomBar Collection reserves the right to cancel, modify, postpone, or decline to proceed with a confirmed booking or service where circumstances are unsafe, impossible, or not reasonably feasible, including unsafe access, restricted access, hazardous conditions, unstable surfaces, venue restrictions, or other circumstances that may pose a risk to our team, guests, venue, property, flowers, equipment, or other materials.

BloomBar Collection is not responsible for delays, changes, interruptions, or inability to perform services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, supplier shortages, flower shortages, venue closures, labour disruptions, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Where reasonably possible, BloomBar Collection will work with the customer to find an appropriate alternative.

Where BloomBar Collection cancels an event and cannot provide a reasonable alternative, any refund will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the booking terms.

  • 10. BloomBar Collection Property — Damage, Loss & Theft

Unless expressly stated otherwise, BloomBar Collection equipment, display structures, containers, tools, décor, signage, and other reusable materials remain the property of BloomBar Collection.

Once these items have been delivered or set up at the event location, the customer is responsible for taking reasonable care of them and ensuring they are not intentionally or negligently damaged, lost, or removed.

Customers and guests may not remove, retain, sell, modify, or dispose of BloomBar Collection-owned property.

The customer may be responsible for reasonable replacement or repair costs resulting from damage, loss, theft, or destruction caused by the customer or their guests.

  • 11. Photography & Marketing

BloomBar Collection may photograph or record BloomBar Collection setups and floral displays for quality control, portfolio, website, advertising, and social media purposes.

We take reasonable steps to protect customer privacy and will not intentionally publish private addresses or sensitive personal information.

If you do not wish your event or BloomBar Collection setup to be used for promotional purposes, please notify us in writing before the event.

The customer is responsible for communicating any venue-specific photography restrictions to BloomBar Collection.

  • 12. Display, Design & Website Information

Every BloomBar Collection Experience is professionally designed based on the selected package, event details, venue, available seasonal flowers, customer requests, and BloomBar Collection’s design expertise.

BloomBar Collection retains creative discretion over the final design to ensure the overall experience is cohesive, beautiful, and appropriate for the event.

Final flower varieties, quantities, colours, placement, and design details may vary from website photographs or promotional examples.

We make reasonable efforts to keep our website information accurate and current. However, prices, packages, flower selections, availability, photographs, service areas, and other information may change from time to time.

Website photographs are representative examples only and should not be interpreted as guarantees of specific flowers, colours, arrangements, or final designs.

  • 13. Service Area & Travel Fees

BloomBar Collection proudly serves Toronto and the GTA.

Many locations qualify for complimentary service. Certain locations may be subject to a travel or additional service fee based on distance, access requirements, parking, or other logistical considerations.

Any applicable travel fee will be communicated to the customer before the event whenever reasonably possible.

  • 14. Customer Concerns & Payment Disputes

Our goal is to make every BloomBar Collection Experience beautiful, enjoyable, and memorable.

If you have a concern during or immediately following your event, please contact us promptly so we have an opportunity to understand the issue and, where reasonably possible, provide an appropriate resolution.

Customers agree to contact BloomBar Collection before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so we have a reasonable opportunity to review and resolve the concern.

Nothing in this section limits any rights the customer may have under applicable law.

  • 15. Limitation of Liability

BloomBar Collection’s liability arising from a booking or service is limited to the amount paid by the customer for that BloomBar Collection Experience.

BloomBar Collection will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

  • 16. Intellectual Property

All BloomBar Collection website content, photographs, graphics, logos, designs, written materials, branding, and other intellectual property are owned by BloomBar Collection.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, or used commercially without prior written permission.
