The Bloom Bar is a beautiful, interactive floral experience where your guests choose their favourite blooms, create their own bouquets, and take them home.- giving every guest something beautiful to create, and remember from your celebration.
BloomBar is perfect for bridal showers, baby showers, gender reveals, birthdays, Sweet Sixteens, graduations, anniversaries, girls’ nights, corporate events, product launches, milestones, and special celebrations. And you don’t need a special occasion—sometimes, you just want to make a gathering feel extra special.
We deliver and beautifully set up the Bloom Bar for your event. Your guests choose the blooms they love, create their own bouquets, and take their creations home. It’s simple, interactive, and designed for everyone to enjoy.
Our BloomBar Collections are designed for celebrations of up to 21 or 36 guests, with the option to add up to 5 additional guests to either package. Planning a larger celebration? Contact us about a custom BloomBar experience designed for your event.
We accept all major credit cards for online bookings, making it quick and secure to reserve your BloomBar experience.
Prefer to pay by Interac e-Transfer? Contact us and we’ll be happy to assist with your booking.
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for popular dates and weekends. We intentionally accept a limited number of celebrations each season so every event receives the care, creativity, and attention it deserves.
If you have a favourite flower, special colour palette, or particular look in mind, let us know. We’ll do our best to create a BloomBar experience inspired by your vision, subject to seasonal Flower Availability.
Because we reserve flowers, supplies, staffing, and your event date specifically for your celebration, all bookings are non-refundable.
Plans change—we understand. If you need to change your event date, please let us know at least 30 days before your scheduled event date. We’ll do our best to move your booking to another available date, subject to availability.
Event date changes are not guaranteed and must be approved by BloomBar Collection management.
